- Sign up today for a full body functional movement screening. FMS will assess a multitude of unique movement patterns looking for discrepancies. You will receive exercises that target your pattern along with a 1 month and 3 month in person progress evaluation.

- Re-evaluate and discuss your functional movement patterns. Go over initial and new exercises depending on results. Goal is to have an active lifestyle without pain.

- Nasal Release Technique
- This technique involves inserting small, soft, inflatable balloons into the nasal passages and inflating them to apply gentle pressure. It helps to mobilize and realign cranial bones such as the sphenoid bone. The goal is to relieve pressure on skull sutures, which can alleviate symptoms from conditions like headaches, migraines, post-concussion syndrome, TMJ disorders, and breathing issues. The quick, minimally invasive procedure can involve mild, temporary side effects such as nasal irritation or increased mucus.
